Step 1 – Install MyJio App

you can install this from Play Store and App Store.

Step 2 – Login and Selection

After opening the App, select ‘Not a Jio user?’ and head over to the next Step.

Step 3 – Selection of Option

Select ‘Port-in to Jio’

Step 4 – The Ultimate Process

Section 1: Verify Mobile Number.

You need to enter your Full Name and Mobile Number. After this, you’ll get an OTP and once entered correctly, you’ll be guided to Section 2.

Section 2: Select Sim.

Here, you’ll need to select Prepaid or Postpaid Sim as per your Choice.

Section 3: Share Address

Here, you’ll need to enter your correct Address so the Jio Team can connect with you and provide you Sim Porting. You also need to submit An Address Proof, it may be Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving licence or Passport.

Step 5 – Done!

Step 1: Send an SMS on 1900

Send a Message to “1900” with the message “PORT (your Phone Number)”. The end result should look like this:

Step 2: Note your UPC

You’ll then recieve an 8 Digit UPC Code. This code will expire within 7 Days of issue date. If you visit your nearest Sim Card shop, they will note this UPC code and will take 3 to 4 days to PORT your Sim.

Step 3: Done!

You’re done! Now wait for a few days and you’ll be provided with a new Ported Sim!
